Where are Lulls Shipped From?

To best serve our customers, your mattress will ship from one of four U.S. locations in order to deliver your mattress in the shortest amount of time.

Is the return process different if I ordered through Amazon?

Purchases made directly at and indirectly at Amazon qualify for the 100-Night Trial.

If you purchased directly from, then we will handle all aspects of your order and you can contact us by phone, email, or chat for assistance with returning your Lull.

If you purchased a Lull mattress through Amazon, then follow these steps to begin your amazon return:

  1. Log into your Amazon account
  2. Go to the Amazon return page at
  3. Find your item in the list
  4. Click "Return or Replace Item"
  5. Amazon will help schedule a removal or arrange return shipping
How do I return if I purchased on Amazon?

If you purchased your Lull on Amazon, you have up to 100 days to request your return. Returns for Amazon purchases must be initiated through Amazon directly.

You can begin that process by logging into your Amazon account and submitting the return and refund request on your order. Initially, you will have the option to schedule a UPS pickup. This is only available for mattresses that are still in the box. Also, the amount of return shipping will be deducted from your Amazon refund and you are responsible for printing the shipping label.

We recommend chatting with Amazon Customer Support directly for additional return options. Alternatively, you can contact Amazon Large Item Pickups toll-free at 866-423-5353 to arrange a return.

How long before I receive my mattress?

Lull mattresses typically ship within 1-4 business days following your order. Once your mattress has shipped, we will provide you with information to track your order.

Who will deliver my mattress?

We work with premium delivery services like Federal Express (FedEx) to ensure your mattress is delivered right to your front door.

I received an email saying my order has shipped, so why can't I track it on the Shipping Provider's website?

If you received an email saying that your order has shipped, then your order is indeed on its way to your home. It may take up to 24 hours for the Shipping Provider's system to reflect the location of your shipment. Please note your tracking number may appear as "not found" in the Shipping Provider's system during the first 24 hours.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

At this time, we can only ship to a physical address.

Do I need to keep the box?

No. The mattress will not fit back into the box so feel free to use the box to make a cool spaceship or fort. When you are done using it please make sure to recycle it.

I returned a mattress - what happened to it?

Lull mattresses are never resold. Depending on city regulations, we either recycle the mattress or donate it to a charity.

Can I exchange the Lull?

Yes. Let us know if you want an exchange during your 100 Night Trial. We'll process the difference between the two mattresses to your credit card and ship you a new one. However, please keep in mind that this nullifies your 100 Night Trial for your second Lull.

Do I have to use the original box to return the mattress?

No. Once the mattress has been unpacked it will not fit back inside the box. Don't worry about a thing, we'll pick it up in its expanded form and take care of the return.

I live in Alaska/Hawaii. Can you ship to me?

Yes. Lull accepts orders for customers living in Alaska or Hawaii. As you can imagine, shipping costs are expensive. Lull subsidizes the actual shipping cost for residents in those states to make getting a great's night sleep more affordable. 

Shipping Provider's Tracking says I received my package. Where is it?

If you're having trouble receiving your Lull, call our customer support line or send us an email with your order information and we'll work with the Shipping Provider to track down your package. In the event that this happens, we ask that you remain patient, since determining the location may take up to 2 days

Can you ship internationally?

Not yet! However, we're looking forward to soon expanding our shipping areas to outside of the U.S. 

Is COVID-19 affecting returns?

For the safety of our customers, employees, and vendors, our in-home item pickup policy has been temporarily suspended in some areas. All items are still eligible for full refunds within their respective 100 night trials.
