Mattress purchases made directly through Lull.com qualify for the 365-Night Trial.
Mattress purchases made through Amazon qualify for a 100-Night Trial.
There is a difference in return processes between ordering on Amazon and ordering directly at Lull.com.
If you purchased directly from Lull.com, then we will handle all aspects of your order and you can contact us by phone or email for assistance with returning your Lull.
If you purchased a Lull mattress through Amazon, then follow these steps to begin your amazon return:
If you purchased your Lull on Amazon, you have up to 100 days to request your return. Returns for Amazon purchases must be initiated through Amazon directly.
You can begin that process by logging into your Amazon account and submitting the return and refund request on your order. Initially, you will have the option to schedule a UPS pickup. This is only available for mattresses that are still in the box. Also, the amount of return shipping will be deducted from your Amazon refund and you are responsible for printing the shipping label.
We recommend chatting with Amazon Customer Support directly for additional return options. Alternatively, you can contact Amazon Large Item Pickups toll-free at 866-423-5353 to arrange a return.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days following your purchase. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information.
We work with premium delivery services like Federal Express (FedEx) to ensure your order is delivered right to your front door.
If you received an email saying that your order has shipped, then your order is indeed on its way to your home. It may take up to 24 hours for the Shipping Provider's system to reflect the location of your shipment. Please note your tracking number may appear as "not found" in the Shipping Provider's system during the first 24 hours.

Yes. Let us know if you want to exchange your purchase during your trial. We'll process the difference between the two items to your credit card. However, please keep in mind that this nullifies future trials for the exchanged items.
No need to keep the mattress box, but we suggest keeping the packaging for smaller items until you are sure it's a keeper. The mattress will not fit back into the box so feel free to use it to make a cool spaceship or fort. When you are done please make sure to recycle it.
Lull returns are never resold. Depending on city regulations, product quality and many other factors we make every effort to either recycle the product or donate it to a charity.
Yes. Lull accepts orders for customers living in Alaska or Hawaii. As you can imagine, shipping costs are expensive. Lull subsidizes the actual shipping cost for residents in those states to make getting a great's night sleep more affordable.
If you're having trouble receiving your Lull, call our customer support line or send us an email with your order information and we'll work with the Shipping Provider to track down your package. In the event that this happens, we ask that you remain patient, since determining the location may take up to 2 days
